Join us for this -30km EPIC run from the WestGate to EastGate Mall.
When: 05 March 2017
Meeting point: EastGate Mall at 04:15 for 05:00.
Run starts at: WestGate Mall at 05:30
Cost: R50 (Refreshments and transport)
What to bring: +-R35 for Mall parking.
Description: We park our cars at East Gate mall parking in front of entrance 5. (Free parking also available at the open parking bays outside Entrance 4, 5 and 6.). We all meet in front of Entrance 5 at least 30 minutes before we leave. Exactly at 05:00 we take a mini bus to the WestGate Mall, where we would start running back to EastGate by 05:30.
We warm up and stretch at the Westgate Mall parking in front of Entrance 1. For those who are driving straight to Westgate Mall, they can park at the free mall parking in front of Entrance 1. This will STRICTLY be an easy LSD run 6'00"/km to +9'00"/km.
